Creating an Account

Managing Your Profile

• Update personal information: Go to Settings → Profile
• Change password: Settings → Security → Change Password
• Add another child: Dashboard → Add Child
• Update notification preferences: Settings → Notifications

Password Reset

Forgot your password? Here's how to reset it:

1. Go to the login page
2. Click "Forgot Password"
3. Enter your email address
4. Check your email for the reset link (check spam folder too)
5. Click the link and create a new password

Subscription Plans

We offer three plans to suit different needs:

• Free: Access to 5 courses, basic features
• Family ($19/month): All courses, up to 4 children, live classes
• Premium ($39/month): Everything + unlimited children, 1-on-1 teaching

Annual plans save you 20% compared to monthly billing.

Managing Your Subscription

• View current plan: Dashboard → Settings → Subscription
• Upgrade plan: Settings → Subscription → Upgrade
• Cancel subscription: Settings → Subscription → Cancel
• View payment history: Settings → Billing → Payment History
• Update payment method: Settings → Billing → Payment Methods

Refund Policy

• 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers
• Refund requests after 7 days are reviewed case-by-case
• To request a refund, email [email protected]
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

Enrolling in Courses

1. Browse our course catalog from the Dashboard
2. Click on a course to view details
3. Click "Enroll" or "Start Course"
4. The course will appear in your child's learning dashboard

Tracking Progress

• Progress bar: Shows completion percentage for each course
• Lesson status: Green checkmark = completed, gray = not started
• Weekly reports: Sent every Sunday via email
• Achievement badges: View all earned badges in Profile → Achievements

Live Classes

• Scheduling: Book classes from Dashboard → Live Classes → Schedule
• Joining: Click "Join Class" from your dashboard 5 minutes before start time
• Rescheduling: Cancel up to 24 hours in advance to reschedule
• Technical requirements: Webcam, microphone, and stable internet (10+ Mbps)
