Video Playback Issues
Video Won't Play
Check Your Internet
Ensure you have a stable internet connection. Try loading another website to confirm.
Refresh the Page
Press Ctrl+F5 (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac) to hard refresh the page.
Clear Browser Cache
Go to your browser settings and clear cached data, then try again.
Try Another Browser
If the issue persists, try a different browser (Chrome is recommended).
Video Buffering or Freezing
- Close other tabs and applications using internet
- Move closer to your WiFi router
- Try lowering the video quality setting
- Restart your router if issues persist
Audio Issues
Can't Hear Audio
- Check that your device volume is turned up
- Ensure the video/audio isn't muted in the player
- Check if audio is working in other apps/websites
- Try using headphones

Microphone Not Working (Live Classes)
- Check that your browser has permission to use the microphone
- Ensure the correct microphone is selected in settings

- Try unplugging and reconnecting your microphone

Account Issues
Forgot Password
- Click "Forgot Password" on the login page
- Enter your email address
- Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the reset link
- Click the link and create a new password
